Bride

Truth is Eric's version will be the fun filled embellished story of us based on true events but with dramatic flair and additions with the intent to not let facts get in the way of a good story..........Me I'm the "fun sucker" leader of the family always intent on exact truths and not a thing extra lol. The day I met the love of my life I was going to the Sherwood Forest Faire not to drink or pillage and find someone to bring fun for the day but simply to get out of the house and spend time with my family and friend rather than stay home alone. (not that I didn't enjoy the mead and the conversing) Eric approached in such a way that it caught me off guard and stated matter of factly that he would kiss me unless I said No! I was still in shock and debating the idea when he scooped me up and kissed me quite intently. This first kiss was followed by compliments, mead,a rose, and more kisses before we parted. When he text the next day and asked if we could see eachother for a proper date I of course said No thanks eek!Nearly the biggest mistake of my life but I was working on myself and had lost faith that fairy tales really did exist you see. His reply while no surprise to me at all now that I know him so well was so kind and well spoken and genuine that I found myself thinking of him often in the days that came until I finally gave in and sent him a message. He quickly replied and as they say the rest truly is history. We talked for hours and days then had our first date followed quickly by another and it wasn't long before we both fell smitten and not from looks alone. We are one the truly lucky ones to have found that real love that is through and through and have a genuine healthy relationship that will last for all of time. Our love really is that fairy tale and Eric was the missing puzzle piece to mine and Allison's family that fits perfectly.

Groom

As she espied him from across the faire her heart skipped a beat. Could he be the one...the one fairy tales are made of. As he came nearer, her breath quickened. Then he saw her, and she knew it...knew it in her heart. She looked away quickly and shyly. She looked back up and stared...there he was. Next to her, but a hairs breadth away. He said something...what she did not know. What should she do? Laugh? Giggle? Why was he moving in....omg he's going to kiss me. What should I do? OMG he's kissing me. And all to quick over. The time sped by...mead, roses, laughter, kisses...a joke told twice on the proper pronunciation of Joshua. He mentioned her beauty asked to see her again. She shyly demurred and then all to quickly departed. Thinking ner to see him again.

But wait, what message on her cell phone awaits. A message from him asking for a date. But could she? Should she? Once more demurred, but he kindly responded anyway. Then Ceviche! What is that...she asked. He responded. They talked...and talked more. Then she decided, cell phones were not enough, the conversation must continue in person. So together they came and enjoyed time together. And then again, and again, each time longer, each time more in love. But would he care for her daughter as his own? the question burned. To Uno's they went and then to the Japanese gardens, to the daughters dismay. But what ho! The gardens are fun and there are Koi. Soon she was leading and they were following and then she was carried by him so that her tired feet might rest, as if she was his own.

Their lives mingled, and entwined. A diamond...a 'yes!'...and now festivities to celebrate their finding of one another, a new family, anchored by Infinite love. One and together. Oh...and there are dogs too....lots of dogs, can't forget the fuzzy beasts :-D
