Rays on the Bay

We will enjoy oceanfront island-inspired cuisine and creative cocktails at Rays on the Bay with an emphasis on farm-to-table and hook-to-cook freshness. Imagine the rich flavors of world-famous Kona coffee, paakai (sea salt), coconut, mango, pohole fern shoots, and sea asparagus all grown in Hawaii's lava-rich soil and prepared in this native region, packed with flavor and culinary history. Imagine ahi, ono or monchong caught this very day in the waters just offshore. Now imagine that delicious fare coupled with Rays on the Bay natural open-air atmosphere offering endless ocean views and romantic sunsets unlike anywhere else. Rays on the Bay is the only Hawaii Island restaurant built on lava cliffs so close to the ocean it offers a perfect view to Keauhou's resident manta rays feeding offshore in their natural habitat.
